If you have never planted vegetables with Teflon coated wood then you are missing a very important step. This film protects the food from bacteria but it also makes the growth unstable. If you’re going for the decoration look then simply mix up some leftover material from other projects, paint it a different color and add some plant growths on it. This can be done before or after you plant your microgreen planters.

These are great for allowing your plant growth to spread out but you do have to make sure they have enough room to acclimate to its new environment.
